1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wat.Chat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Wat.Chat provides a web-based platform for generating WhatsApp links, QR codes, multi-agent chat routing, UTM tracking, pre-chat forms, and related analytics ("the Service"). The Service acts as a routing layer and does not replace or modify the WhatsApp application.

Wat.Chat is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Free Trial and Payment

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. All prices are in US dollars. Promotional codes (such as WATCHAT50MONTH and WATCHAT50YEAR) must be applied at checkout to receive the stated discount.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited messaging
• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive content
• Violating WhatsApp's Terms of Service
• Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology provided by Wat.Chat are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wat.Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
